Received over the past year I am going to host several giveaways! I picked this up at a thrift store a couple weeks ago for 99 cents! Shadowland – The inaugural installment of The Mediator series introduces high school sophomore Suze, who, in her words, has “this unfortunate ability to communicate with the dead. As in she deals with ghosts and sends them on their merry way into the afterlife. This book is all about a high school sophomore girl named Suze, who has the ability to communicate with the dead. Gah, I devoured it in one night, and repeatedly texted Emma “WHOSE THIS? Upon closer inspection however, as in I actually picked up the book and had a good look at it, I realised the book was not about sparkly, vegetarian vampires but rather about a teenage mediator. I'm sorry for the really lame review. And Originally released as Shadowland in 2000, this novel is classic Cabot – witty, engaging and great fun.
